By accessing and using our Site, and your purchase of products from our Site, www.madcouture.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. In addition, when using our Site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to our Site and the services it provides.
MAD Couture/Children’s Couture respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential. We never share your information with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your payment and credit card information is secured and encrypted, and MAD Couture/Children’s Couture does not retain your credit card information or other payment details.
We have made every effort to provide all information on our Site as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Our site shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in the information. You agree to hold MAD Couture/Children’s Couture harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to your use of our Site.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our Site. However, the actual color you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is accurate.
Our Site and its content, features, functionality, and materials (including logos, designs, images, illustrations, photographs, videos, and written copy and other materials) are owned by Mary-Alice Dalton/MAD Couture/Children’s Couture, and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. Our Site as a whole and its Contents are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or Materials.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. We require payment in full, including shipping/insurance charges, before we start your order. Credit card payments are securely processed through www.shopify.com.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of your order through our Site. Each item is individually handcrafted so place your order as early as possible to ensure that you get into our production schedule. Please provide a ‘need-by’ date when you place your order, which is confirmed in your Order Confirmation. Rush orders will also be considered and accepted as our production schedule allows.
Orders that have been confirmed and processed and then cancelled by the buyer prior to production forfeits 50% of the total cost of the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All purchases made through our Site are shipped via USPS Priority Insured Mail. Shipping and insurance charges are nonrefundable. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation. MAD Couture/Children’s Couture is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
For International, Alaska and Hawaii shipments, the above-stated terms apply in addition to the buyer assumes all duties and customs costs, and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made.
Returns are for Exchange or Credit only. No monetary refunds will be given. If a return is necessary, please contact Mary-Alice Dalton (email@example.com) for authorization and return information. All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of delivery, unless previously authorized by Mary-Alice Dalton. Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges associated with a return. We highly recommend insuring the return for full value, as MAD Couture/Children’s Couture is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged. Should the return be lost, stolen or damaged and is not insured, this will void the return.
All fabric sales (yardage) are final.
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or MAD Couture/Children’s Couture. We may terminate this Agreement at any time and deny your access to our Site, and this may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. We may do so immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement.
